VINCI wins a modernization contract in Prague
The VINCI Group has been awarded the contract to modernize Prague's main wastewater treatment plant. This €192 million project will begin in October 2026 and last 43 months. The VINCI Construction subsidiary will carry out the work, which includes dismantling the existing equipment and demolishing and rebuilding 40 structures.
As part of this rehabilitation project, 8 of the 20 settling basins will be rebuilt and 4 renovated, incorporating advanced water purification technologies. The project will emphasize sustainability measures, such as the use of recycled materials and rainwater harvesting.
