Vior Reports Results from Annual Shareholders Meeting
Vior Inc., a mineral exploration company, announced the results of its Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on January 15, 2025. The meeting saw the participation of shareholders holding 115,899,644 common shares, accounting for 46.20% of the company’s total shares. All proposals presented at the meeting were approved.
Mark Fedosiewich, André Le Bel, Marian Moroney, Donald Njegovan, Mathieu Savard, and Charles-Olivier Tarte were elected to the Board of Directors for the upcoming year. Additionally, Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton LLP was appointed as the company's auditor, with the Board authorized to determine their remuneration.
Notably, Vior’s Omnibus Equity Incentive Plan was ratified. This plan aims to align the interests of management and shareholders, featuring a 10% rolling option plan and a fixed plan reserving 25 million shares for specific grants. Following the plan's approval, 3.5 million stock options were awarded to key personnel, exercisable at $0.23 per share.
