Viridien: Publication of voting rights and shares in July 2026

Viridien recently announced the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026. Its share capital consists of 7,219,747 shares. The number of exercisable voting rights is 7,255,968, while the theoretical voting rights amount to 7,256,217.

Each Viridien share carries the same voting rights, except for treasury shares, which are deprived of these rights. Furthermore, shares held in registered form for at least two years benefit from double voting rights, thus influencing the calculation of theoretical voting rights.

This data is disclosed in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). This publication aims to ensure maximum transparency for shareholders and the market.
