Vitura announced an 8% increase in rental income for the first half of 2026, reaching €23.7 million. This growth was driven by leasing activities, although the core portfolio occupancy rate remained stable at 81%. The company valued its real estate assets at €840 million. Additionally, EPRA NTA was reported at €248 million or €14.5 per share.

Several major tenants, including Huawei, renewed leases, reflecting confidence in Vitura's properties. This has contributed to a longer average remaining lease term of over seven years. Vitura's commitment to sustainability continued, with energy consumption reduced by 37% since 2013.

Despite positive revenue growth, Vitura reported a net loss of €26 million in the first half of 2026, attributed to a drop in investment property values. The group's net debt decreased slightly to €591 million, and 85% of the debt consists of green loans.
