Vitura: Financial report for the first quarter of 2026

Vitura posted a solid performance for the first quarter of 2026. Rental income increased by 8.4%, reaching €11.9 million, driven by new leases. The occupancy rate of the core portfolio remained stable at 81%.

Significant renewals were recorded at Arcs de Seine, bringing the average remaining lease term to over seven years. Notably, Huawei extended its lease for nine years.

From an ESG perspective, Vitura has reduced its energy consumption by 37% since 2013, earning a "5-star" rating from GRESB. The group is continuing its refinancing efforts, confident in a positive outcome to its ongoing negotiations.
