HERIGE Industries Expands in Loire-Atlantique
HERIGE Industries' concrete division, EDYCEM, has finalized the acquisition of ready-mix concrete operations in Loire-Atlantique from BHR. The acquisition includes four plants located in Nantes, Malville, Saint-Herblain, and Montoir-de-Bretagne. This move aims to bolster EDYCEM's regional presence and expand its market coverage.
The business acquired contributes approximately €14 million in annual revenue and employs 26 people. The acquisition aligns with HERIGE's strategy to enhance its regional footprint and improve its industrial network's performance. Additionally, it supports the advancement of EDYCEM's low-carbon solutions.
Benoit HENNAUT, Chairman of the Executive Board, emphasized the strategic importance of the transaction, which offers new growth opportunities and value creation while reinforcing EDYCEM's presence in the region.
