VM Matériaux: Voting rights update as of July 31, 2026

VM Matériaux has published monthly information regarding its voting rights in accordance with Article L233-8-II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation. As of July 31, 2026, the number of shares comprising the company's share capital was 2,993,643. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 5,037,400, while the total number of exercisable voting rights was 4,894,781.

The difference between theoretical and exercisable voting rights is primarily due to treasury shares and those held in registered form for more than two years. The latter benefit from double voting rights, thus influencing the total theoretical voting rights.
