VOGO: Details of voting rights and shares as of January 31, 2025
VOGO has released its recent share capital figures. As of January 31, 2025, VOGO's total share capital was 6,127,011. Theoretical voting rights stand at 8,338,943. These rights include treasury shares that cannot be exercised.
Among the treasury shares, none are held in registered form; however, 32,326 shares are bearer shares and 7,945 are classified as other. As a result, the total number of exercisable voting rights for VOGO reaches 8,298,672.
Finally, the company indicated that it manages 122 registered current accounts. This information is provided in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.
