Voltabox AG Acquires Full Ownership of EKM

Voltabox AG, soon to be known as Voltatron AG, has taken full control of EKM Elektronik GmbH by acquiring the remaining 1% stake from former minority shareholder David Franke. This acquisition finalizes the Group's full ownership and facilitates the economic and fiscal integration of EKM into Voltabox AG. The move is part of a strategic plan to leverage EKM's financial success and enhance the Group's profitability.

David Franke, the Managing Director of EKM, sold his stake and subsequently reinvested in Voltabox by purchasing over 41,800 shares at €5.26 each, the closing price on Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This transaction is seen as a step towards implementing a profit and loss transfer agreement, laying the groundwork for a robust Group strategy.

Florian Seitz, CFO of Voltabox, highlighted this milestone as a significant advancement in their strategic agenda. David Franke expressed his continued commitment to contributing to the Group's growth, emphasizing the importance of this collaboration.
