Voltabox AG Renames as Voltatron AG, Lays Growth Strategy Foundations

Voltabox AG, headquartered in Germany, announced a significant transformation during its 2025 Annual General Meeting. Shareholders approved a comprehensive set of resolutions to realign the company, including a name change to Voltatron AG.
