Voltalia Announces Leadership Transition in Board of Directors
Voltalia, a key player in renewable energy markets, has announced pivotal changes in its Board of Directors. Laurence Mulliez has resigned as Chair, effective after the upcoming Annual General Meeting on May 21, 2026. Her tenure, marked by strategic leadership and vision, spanned over fifteen years, supporting Voltalia's robust development.
Her successor, Bertrand Cousin, brings considerable financial expertise and governance experience. An independent director since 2025, Cousin is expected to guide Voltalia through its new growth phase. His remuneration details will be disclosed and approved by shareholders in due course.
Additionally, Voltalia's Board composition will see the provisional co-optation of Isabelle Kocher and the appointment of Emmanuelle Lemer as a non-voting member.
