As of August 31, 2025, Voltalia had 131,318,716 shares in its share capital. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 223,422,497, while the number of exercisable voting rights reached 223,021,474.
These figures comply with the legal requirements of Articles L. 233-8 (II) of the French Commercial Code and 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. Voltalia continues to be involved in the renewable energy sector with an active presence on the market.
