Voltalia Expands Its Board of Directors

Voltalia, the renewable energy firm listed on Euronext Paris, has announced significant changes to its Board of Directors. Following the shareholders' meeting on October 9, 2026, Isabelle Kocher de Leyritz was ratified as Director, and Emmanuelle Lemer was appointed as an independent Director and Chairwoman of the Audit Committee.

Kocher de Leyritz, who joined the board in May 2026, brings extensive experience from Suez and ENGIE, where she led transformations centered on decarbonization. She co-founded Blunomy, focusing on sustainable business models. Lemer, with dual French and British citizenship, adds over 20 years of expertise in energy and finance, having served as Managing Director at J.P. Morgan.

Chairman Bertrand Cousin emphasized the complementary expertise of the new appointees, crucial for Voltalia’s SPRING transformation plan. On October 22, 2026, Voltalia will report its Q3 turnover.
