Voltatron Secures Major Contract in Industrial Electromobility

Voltatron AG's subsidiary, VEMCOM Solutions GmbH, has finalized a significant supply agreement with an international partner in industrial electromobility. The deal will have an annual order volume exceeding €10 million, set for an initial period of five years, with an automatic renewal clause. The contract's total value sits at a mid-double-digit million euro range, projecting a long-term impact.

The agreement involves supplying intricate, integrated functional modules for peripheral industrial electric mobility devices. Deliveries are scheduled to commence at the end of the fiscal year. Though initial project costs may slightly affect 2026 earnings, substantial positive revenue effects are anticipated starting 2027.

This significant development reflects Voltatron's strategy to enhance organically generated revenue within its operations.
