Vossloh AG Reports Record Order Backlog in Mid-2026
Vossloh AG announced a record order backlog of €1,140.7 million at mid-year 2026, driven by strong market momentum. Orders received rose significantly to €828.5 million, leading to a book-to-bill ratio of 1.17. Sales revenues saw a growth of 21.9% reaching €710.1 million, and EBITDA improved to €80.9 million. However, EBIT was impacted by PPA effects, standing at €32.4 million.
Despite challenging geopolitical and macroeconomic conditions, Vossloh's order situation has been positive, with major contributions from the acquisition of VTT Europe (Sateba) and organic growth. The company projects continued sales revenue growth for 2026 but has adjusted expectations due to procurement and logistics costs.
The Core Components division showed strong growth, while the Customized Modules and Lifecycle Solutions divisions experienced more subdued performances. Vossloh also noted significant employee growth due to the Sateba acquisition.
