Vox Royalty Expands with Australian Gold and Copper Royalties

Vox Royalty Corp., a mining royalty company, has announced the acquisition of two Australian gold and copper royalties through its subsidiary, Vox Royalty Australia Pty Ltd. The purchase price could reach up to A$650,000, with A$450,000 paid at closing and a potential A$200,000 upon meeting additional conditions anticipated later in 2026.

The portfolio includes a 4.5% gold royalty on the first 250,000oz of gravity gold production, with 46,372oz remaining, at the Hera Tenement in New South Wales. Additionally, it contains an uncapped copper royalty in Western Australia. Operated by a subsidiary of Aurelia Metals Limited, the tenement hosts both the former Hera mine and the Federation Mine, recently commencing commercial production.

This acquisition aligns with Vox's strategy of investing in de-risked metal assets and expanding its Australian portfolio. The company emphasizes its focus on near-term producing legacy royalties.
