World Travelers: Conversion of Reserved OCAs

On May 13, 2025, Voyageurs du Monde announced the early conversion of all of its reserved convertible bonds into shares (OCA), initially issued on April 29, 2021. This decision, taken at the Board of Directors meeting, results from a delegation of the Extraordinary General Meeting. The reserved OCAs were issued to CERTARES ENRICO SARL, CREDIT MUTUEL EQUITY SCR and BPI FRANCE.

The total amount of the conversion amounts to €1,012,234, corresponding to the issuance of 1,012,234 ordinary shares with a par value of €1 each. This conversion brings the total capital of Voyageurs du Monde to €4,453,159. The new shares are traded on Euronext Growth in Paris, assimilated to the existing shares. The capital remains majority-owned by the founders, with 62.87% of the shares and 75.06% of the voting rights.
