Vusion announces the publication of its 2025 Universal Registration Document
Vusion, a leading company in digitalization solutions for physical retail, announced the filing of its 2025 Universal Registration Document with the Financial Markets Authority on April 24, 2026. This document, prepared in ESEF format, includes in particular the annual financial report, the corporate governance report, as well as sustainability information.
Available on the AMF and Vusion websites in French and English, it compiles the auditors' reports and the description of the share buyback program. Physical copies are available free of charge at Vusion's headquarters in Nanterre.
