Wacker Neuson SE Approves FY 2024 Dividend at AGM

On May 15, 2025, Wacker Neuson SE held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Munich. The AGM witnessed a high level of approval for all agenda items, with around 77.8% of the share capital represented. The shareholders agreed to a dividend payout of EUR 0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2024, down from EUR 1.15 in the previous year.
The meeting also ratified key governance decisions, including the formal approval of the actions of the Executive and Supervisory Boards, the election of a new auditor, and the approval of the remuneration report. Additionally, changes in the Supervisory Board were confirmed, with the re-election of three members and the introduction of Peter Riegler.
