Waga Energy Ends Liquidity Contract
Waga Energy has announced the termination of its liquidity contract with PORTZAMPARC - GROUPE BNP PARIBAS. The contract, initiated on November 2, 2021, ended on December 22, 2025. This decision follows the suspension of the contract due to a simplified public tender offer.
As of the termination, the liquidity account included 40,460 Waga Energy shares and €434,871.70. Initially, €500,000 was deposited on November 19, 2021, with further additions of €500,000 and €300,000 in 2023 and 2024, totaling €1,300,000.
Waga Energy specializes in producing Renewable Natural Gas through its patented WAGABOX® technology. The company operates units across France, Spain, Canada, and the USA, contributing significantly to global energy transition efforts.
