Waga Energy Prepares for June 2026 Shareholders' Meeting

Waga Energy has announced the availability of preparatory documents for its Combined Shareholders' Meeting scheduled for June 24, 2026. The meeting will take place at 2 p.m. at the company's registered office. Shareholders have been informed through a prior meeting notice published in the "Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires" (BALO) on May 20, 2026, as well as a subsequent notice in a "Journal d’ Annonces Légales" on June 3, 2026.

The preparatory documents can be accessed on Waga Energy's website under the "Investors" section. In compliance with Article R. 225-83 of the Commercial Code, additional documents will be available from the date of the meeting notice publication. Shareholders can participate irrespective of their shareholding size, provided their shares are registered by June 17, 2026.
