WALLIX: Declaration on Voting Rights and Shares
On March 13, 2026, WALLIX, a company listed on Euronext, disclosed information regarding the number of voting rights and shares in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of February 28, 2026, the company's share capital consisted of 6,743,070 shares. The total theoretical number of voting rights was 8,362,141, including treasury shares, while the actual number was 8,354,014.
WALLIX also announced that the publication of its annual results for the year 2025 is scheduled for March 19, 2026.
