WALLIX: Update on the number of shares and voting rights
On June 16, 2026, WALLIX published a statement regarding the number of shares and voting rights, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the AMF regulations. As of May 31, 2026, the share capital consisted of 6,743,070 shares.
The total theoretical number of voting rights, including treasury shares, was 8,340,654, with a net total of 8,335,896 voting rights. Compared to March 2026, a slight decrease in voting rights was noted.
WALLIX plans to announce its revenue for the first half of 2026 on July 16. The company, a recognized player in cybersecurity, has been listed on Euronext since 2015.
