WALLIX: Update on voting rights and shares
WALLIX has released information regarding the total number of shares and voting rights as of June 30, 2026. The share capital comprises 6,787,070 shares. The theoretical total of voting rights is 8,380,017, including treasury shares, while the actual total is 8,373,239. This update is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
WALLIX plans to publish its half-year results on October 8, 2026. The company is recognized in the field of cybersecurity and has been listed on Euronext since 2015, with historical shareholders such as TDH (Thierry Dassault Holding).
