WALLIX: Information on Voting Rights and Shares as of December 31, 2025
On January 6, 2026, WALLIX disclosed information regarding its share capital, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF). As of December 31, 2025, the total number of shares was 6,743,070. Regarding voting rights, the theoretical total was 8,385,613, while the actual total was 8,378,278. This difference is due to treasury shares, which are included in the theoretical total.
WALLIX plans to publish its 2025 annual revenue on February 5, 2026. The company, specializing in cybersecurity solutions, has been listed on Euronext under the code ALLIX since 2015. The founders and TDH (Thierry Dassault Holding) are its main shareholders.
