Preparatory documents available for the Wavestone General Meeting
Wavestone informs shareholders that the documents relating to the Combined General Meeting scheduled for July 30, 2026 are now available. Investors can consult them on the dedicated page of its website.
The documents include the notice of meeting published in the BALO on June 19 and the notice of convocation dated July 10. The Universal Registration Document for the 2025/26 financial year, filed with the AMF, is also available. It contains the Board of Directors' report, the consolidated financial statements, the governance report, and the sustainability report.
Shareholders can obtain these documents at Wavestone headquarters or from Uptevia, in Paris La Défense.
