The consulting firm Wavestone has published key information regarding its share capital as of December 31, 2025. In accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code, the share capital consists of 24,906,332 outstanding shares. This represents a total of 41,862,081 voting rights. These figures are calculated in accordance with Article 223-11 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
