Wellington Management's stake in ELIS falls below 5%

On March 6, 2026, Wellington Management Group LLP reduced its stake in ELIS below the 5% threshold. The investment, now reduced to 4.95% of the share capital and 4.08% of the voting rights, comprises 11,528,067 shares of the company listed on Euronext Paris.

This decrease resulted from a sale of shares on the market. Wellington Management also specified that it holds 38,473 ELIS shares through equity swaps, with cash settlement between 2028 and 2033, reflecting a diversified, long-term investment strategy.
