Wendel announces its Combined General Meeting in May 2026
Wendel, a listed investment company, will hold its Combined General Meeting on Thursday, May 21, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. at the Auditorium Cézanne Saint-Honoré in Paris. This meeting is convened to discuss and vote on several proposed resolutions. The notice of meeting, published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales et Obligatoires (BALO), is already available online. Shareholders will be able to access additional documents and participation details on the Wendel website from April 30. A live and recorded webcast is planned for comprehensive coverage of the event. Wendel's financial calendar also includes other key dates for 2026.
