Wendel: Declaration of the number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026

Wendel Investissement has published information relating to the number of voting rights and shares outstanding as of July 31, 2026, in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation.

As of July 31, 2026, Wendel had 42,870,978 shares outstanding. These shares represent a total of 66,198,841 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is 61,936,337, after deducting shares deprived of these rights.
