Wendel Investment: Share Buyback from March 30 to April 2, 2026
Wendel Investissement recently announced details of its share buyback operations carried out between March 30 and April 2, 2026. According to the statement, the company repurchased a total of 157,129 shares under its buyback program, authorized by the General Meeting of May 15, 2025. These operations were carried out on several markets, including CEUX, XPAR, TQEX and AQEU.
The shares were acquired at a weighted average price of €77.6846 per share. Daily volume varies from market to market, with a peak recorded on March 31, 2026, when 24,775 shares were purchased on the Paris Stock Exchange (XPAR).
These share buyback initiatives are part of Wendel's overall strategy to strengthen its market position and optimize its capital structure.
