WENDEL: Update of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2025
Wendel Investissement published on August 6, 2025, data concerning the number of voting rights and shares of the company as of July 31, 2025. The total number of shares outstanding is 44,512,038. These shares give rise to 67,766,171 theoretical voting rights. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is reduced to 65,758,800, after deduction of shares stripped of voting rights. This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulations. Wendel remains a key entity on the European investment market listed on Euronext Paris.
