Strong Growth in Q2 for Westwing Group SE
Westwing Group SE reported significant growth in Q2 2026, with a 15% year-on-year increase in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) to €127 million and a 14% rise in revenue to €113 million. The expansion into the UK and other international markets contributed to a 22% growth in international GMV, while German sales events helped generate a 9% GMV rise in the DACH region.
Despite weak consumer sentiment, customers timed purchases during event windows. Third-party GMV surged by 23%, maintaining the Westwing Collection's share at 63%, albeit with a slight impact on gross margin. Adjusted EBITDA reached €5.4 million, pressured by increased fulfilment costs driven by system migration and transportation expenses.
The company's FY26 revenue guidance remains strong, with projections at the higher end, partly due to recent UK market entry. However, net cash fell by €16 million quarter-on-quarter due to stock option settlements and buybacks.
