Westwing Group SE Announces Share Buyback Program
Westwing Group SE has announced a share buyback initiative. With support from the Supervisory Board, the Management Board has approved the repurchase of up to 640,000 shares. This accounts for roughly 3.26% of the company's total share capital. The maximum budget set for this program, excluding acquisition costs, is EUR 10 million. The buyback period spans from 12 October 2026 to 31 March 2027.
The shares will be acquired via the stock exchange, in line with regulations. The price per share should not deviate more than 10% from the opening auction price in Xetra trading. An independent credit institution will oversee the purchases, ensuring adherence to the Safe Harbour Rules.
Currently, Westwing holds around 1,324,161 of its own shares, equal to 6.73% of its share capital. The company has the right to modify or end the buyback at any given time.
