Westwing Reports 15% GMV Growth in Q2 2026

Westwing Group SE reported a 15% increase in Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV) for the second quarter of 2026, amounting to EUR 127 million. This growth was fueled by country expansion and effective sales events. Revenue climbed by 14% to EUR 113 million during the same period. The DACH and International segments saw revenue growths of 10% and 19% respectively, while active customer numbers increased by 13% year-over-year.

Although Adjusted EBITDA reached EUR 5.4 million, it was affected by pressures on the contribution margin and system migration costs. Free cash flow showed a deficit of EUR 9.4 million due to cash outflows related to legacy stock options. Despite these challenges, Westwing maintained a solid net cash position of EUR 68 million by the end of June.

Westwing's progress included the expansion into new countries such as Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, and the opening of new stores in Frankfurt and Munich. The company aims to achieve its full-year revenue guidance in the upper half of the range, amidst macroeconomic uncertainties.
