Whatfix Study: Enterprises Risk $10.9M Loss from Poor Digital Adoption

The study, conducted with Forrester Consulting, reveals that a mid-sized enterprise with around 1,000 employees could lose approximately $10.9 million annually. This underscores the critical role of Digital Adoption Platforms (DAPs) in achieving effective digital transformation.

The study involved 335 senior decision-makers globally, showing that many large enterprises face challenges in maximizing their AI investments. Despite 76% of leaders prioritizing AI adoption, only 27% consider digital adoption vital. Proficient organizations using mature DAPs reportedly achieve better user experience and ROI.
