Windsor Capital Invests $50 Million in Space Labs

Windsor Capital has completed a $50 million strategic investment in Space Labs, a technology company based in Slovenia. The investment secures a 4.9% minority stake in Space Labs, which is now valued at approximately $1.02 billion post-investment.

This capital infusion aims to fuel Space Labs' international growth and hasten the development of its technological infrastructure. Central to Space Labs' offering is the Real World Digitalization (RWD) Protocol, which connects real-world projects to capital and communities via blockchain and smart contracts.

The collaboration between Space Labs and Windsor Capital includes creating a vehicle distribution network leveraging Windsor's global automotive links. Igor Šinkovec of Space Labs emphasizes that the partnership extends beyond financial investment, incorporating Windsor’s extensive global networks for broader reach.
