Wolftank Group Settles Litigation in Italy

Wolftank Group AG's Italian subsidiary, Wolftank DGM Srl, has settled a legal dispute from a 2020 event. Initially, the Tribunale di Bologna ruled in August 2025 that Wolftank DGM owed approximately EUR 4.5 million, including a EUR 3.4 million loss of profit and EUR 1.1 million in post-event costs. The costs were insured.

Wolftank DGM disagreed and appealed but opted for a settlement to avoid prolonged litigation. The settlement terms remain confidential and do not admit liability. The financial implications were provisioned by December 2025, leaving Wolftank Group's financial planning unaffected. CEO Simon Reckla emphasized the settlement's alignment with the group's long-term interests.
