Worksport Expands U.S. Distribution Network with Tri-State Partnership

Worksport Ltd. (NASDAQ:WKSP), known for its hybrid and clean energy solutions, has announced a new distribution partnership with Tri-State Enterprises, Inc. This collaboration aims to bolster Worksport's U.S. distribution as part of its 2026 strategy. Tri-State, a major automotive aftermarket distributor, is expected to enhance the reach of Worksport's Nexus tonneau cover and other products.

Initial purchase orders have been received, with projections indicating that the Tri-State account could soon generate seven-figure revenues. Tri-State's extensive distribution network and same-day delivery capability could significantly accelerate Worksport's market penetration.

To promote the Nexus tonneau cover, Worksport recently participated in Tri-State's Big Money Show, aiming to increase brand exposure. This partnership aligns with Worksport's goals of expanding its dealer network, boosting sales velocity, and achieving recurring revenue growth.
