JP Morgan crosses a threshold of participation in Worldline

On October 30, 2025, JP Morgan Chase & Co. indirectly crossed the 5% threshold of voting rights in Worldline. Through its subsidiaries, JP Morgan now holds 6.20% of Worldline's share capital and 5.36% of its voting rights, representing 17,609,833 shares.

This increase resulted from an off-market acquisition and an increase in shares held by assimilation. In particular, JP Morgan Securities plc holds 17,148,815 shares, individually exceeding the 5% threshold of share capital and voting rights.

JP Morgan also stakes its holdings in various financial instruments, including put options, ADRs, and equity swaps. In addition, the group controls convertible bonds that can be converted into shares until July 2026.
