The accusations, disseminated through multiple platforms by Schirp, purportedly connected Xryma to criminal activities without substantiation. The court highlighted the lack of any criminal investigation against Xryma or its employees. Xryma contends that Schirp's actions aimed more at client acquisition than public service.
