Nebius Group N.V. Announces Successful AGM Outcomes

Nebius Group N.V., a prominent AI infrastructure company, successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 21, 2025. All resolutions proposed were adopted. The AGM involved voting by both Class A and Class B shares, with each Class A share carrying one vote and each Class B share, ten votes.

One of the key resolutions was the re-appointment of Arkady Volozh as an Executive Director, which received a significant majority with 414,917,731 votes in favor. Additionally, Ophir Nave was re-appointed as an Executive Director, despite some opposition totaling 12,911,264 votes against. Other notable re-appointments include John Boynton and Kira Radinsky as Non-Executive Directors.

The appointment of new Non-Executive Directors, such as Arne Grimme and Matthew Weigand, also garnered substantial approval. This AGM marks a continued direction for the Company's leadership and governance.
