YASC Unveils Innovative Silicon Carbide Products at PCIM Europe 2026

At PCIM Europe 2026, held from June 9 to 11, YASC introduced a diverse range of silicon carbide (SiC) power devices. The event took place in Nuremberg, Germany, showcasing YASC's advances from industrial to automotive-grade SiC products. This debut highlighted YASC’s commitment to presenting efficient solutions to global supply chain partners and customers.

PCIM Europe, a major power electronics exhibition, provided a stage for YASC to display its innovations across industrial energy, green transportation, home appliances, and smart microgrid sectors. Notably, YASC unveiled two automotive-grade power modules for new energy vehicles, the E2D SiC and the E²Dmini-J SiC, boasting plug-and-play functionality and high-performance metrics.

In the industrial sector, YASC presented high-performance products like 1200V SiC SBDs and MOSFETs, compatible with key circuit topologies. These innovations aim to meet the increasing demand for low carbon and energy-efficient solutions amid global energy challenges.
