ZCCM-IH Declares Final Dividend for 2024
ZCCM Investments Holdings Plc has announced a final dividend of ZMW 3.29 per share for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024. The decision was approved during the 21st Annual General Meeting in Lusaka on July 18, 2025. Shareholders included in the company's registry by the close of business on August 8, 2025, will be eligible for this dividend.
To qualify, investors must ensure their shares are traded on or before August 5, 2025, due to the Lusaka Securities Exchange's three-day settlement period. Dividend distributions are scheduled for August 11, 2025. On the London Stock Exchange, registration closes on August 7, 2025, with payments starting August 29, while Paris Marché Libre payments begin on August 11.
