Zimtu Capital Corp. Increases Stake in Apex Critical Metals Corp.
Zimtu Capital Corp. announced it has acquired 2,400,000 shares of Apex Critical Metals Corp. This acquisition was made through a Warrant exercise at a price of $0.06667 per share. Following this, Zimtu now holds 7,947,216 common shares in Apex, representing 10.87% ownership on an undiluted basis.
Prior to this transaction, Zimtu owned 5,547,216 shares, which was 7.75% of Apex's common shares. The acquisition has surpassed 2% of Apex's issued shares, necessitating the release of this notice in compliance with National Instruments 62-103 and 62-104.
