ZTEST Electronics Appoints Trevor Treweeke as New Director

In a strategic move, ZTEST Electronics Inc. has named Trevor Treweeke to its Board of Directors, pending regulatory approval. Treweeke joins as an independent director, bringing over 12 years of experience in capital markets. His expertise includes advising early-stage and small-cap companies on strategies for growth, financing, and corporate development. He has also played a crucial role in raising over $40 million in capital. Currently, he directs Cheelcare Inc. and Network Media Group while advising several issuers.

Steve Smith, CEO of ZTEST, expressed confidence in Treweeke's ability to enhance the company's capital market strategies. Prior to his new role, Treweeke was an analyst with TMX Group, focusing on transactions for TSX Venture issuers. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Calgary.
