Zug Estates Reports Stable Performance for First Half of 2026
Zug Estates Holding AG has announced its financial results for the first half of 2026, revealing a resilient performance in the real estate sector. Net income, excluding revaluation and special effects, rose by 6.6% to CHF 21.2 million. In contrast, overall net income fell to CHF 42.9 million, attributed to a reduced revaluation gain compared to the previous year.
Property income was stable at CHF 35.8 million, while the vacancy rate remained low at 1.2%. The company's portfolio value climbed by CHF 46.3 million, reaching CHF 1.98 billion. Investments were significant, particularly in the S43/45 project in Rotkreuz.
The hotel and catering segment experienced growth, with income increasing to CHF 8.0 million, enhancing profitability. In addition, a positive vote for the Metalli development indicates promising future prospects.
