Zurich Group Germany Embarks on Digital Transformation with Guidewire Cloud
Zurich Group Germany, part of Zurich Insurance Group, will migrate its core platform to Guidewire Cloud. This move aims to enhance its digital strategy using Guidewire Jutro and unlock AI capabilities to modernize its business. Since 2015, Zurich has utilized Guidewire for underwriting, billing, and claims operations. The transition to cloud infrastructure will strengthen these services with secure cloud tools.
This migration allows for swift design and implementation of personalized customer experiences, integrated with Zurich's core systems. According to Will McAllister, Guidewire Cloud offers Zurich flexibility to enhance their product innovation and customer service. The built-in AI capabilities provide governance, security, and compliance features.
