Aareal Bank and TCS forge strategic partnership to accelerate digital transformation

Wiesbaden, 15 September 2026 – Aareal Bank AG and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) have entered into a long-term strategic partnership focused on IT sourcing and infrastructure services. The collaboration marks an important milestone in the Bank’s “Aareal Ambition” strategy and technology modernisation journey.

As part of the partnership, TCS will become an integral part of the Bank's IT ecosystem, supporting the transition to a diversified, cloud-first platform and helping to deliver a scalable environment aligned with the Bank's long-term strategic objectives.

Under the agreement, TCS will host and operate Aareal Bank’s data centre environment, providing a robust and scalable foundation to support the Bank’s cloud-first transformation agenda.
