AMA CORP PLC: Second-quarter revenues
Order growth in the second quarter of 2026
AMA CORPORATION PLC (“AMA”, ISIN GB00BNKGC51, ticker ALAMA), a publisher and integrator of secure productivity applications designed for connected mobile workers, is reporting its unaudited consolidated revenues for the second quarter of 2026. Its consolidated 2026 first-half earnings will be published on October 30, 2026.
Change in consolidated revenues
| Unaudited consolidated revenues (IFRS, €’000) at constant exchange rates | 2026 | 2025 | Change (%) |
|---|---|---|---|
| First quarter1 | 398 | 729 | -45% |
| Second quarter | 354 | 449 | -21% |
| First half | 753 | 1,178 | -36% |
Consolidated revenues for the second quarter of 2026 came to €354k, compared with €449k in the second quarter of 2025. The year-on-year contraction was reduced significantly to -21%, compared with -45% in the first quarter of 2026.
2026 first-half revenues totaled €753k, compared with €1,178k for the first half of 2025, down 36%. This change primarily reflects a still insufficient level of renewals and new orders, against the backdrop of the transformation of AMA's offering and commercial model. At June 30, 2026, AMA had 219 active clients, mainly large international groups, compared with 299 at end-2025.
The order backlog at June 30, 2026 represented €605k, compared with €785k at June 30, 2025. After contracting in the first quarter, order intake has increased every month since the beginning of the second quarter of 2026, with second-quarter growth of +51% to €379k, up from €251k for the same period in 2025.
AMA is continuing to move forward with its technological investments in innovative, secure, AI-powered solutions designed to improve the productivity, quality and traceability of field operations. Over the past 12 months, AMA has released 10 major new versions of its XpertEye solution. This sustained pace of innovation has notably enhanced the platform with:
- real-time multilingual translation, with expanded language coverage and improved quality;
- Merlin, the AI assistant that enables organizations to search and leverage their own specific knowledge;
- a fully redesigned interface to simplify and accelerate user journeys;
- SmartFill, which automates and secures operational data entry;
- enhanced recording, transcription and image quality;
- simultaneous management of 16 video streams;
- ability to import existing content and convert it into analyzable and actionable sessions;
- new notification center and the ability to connect simultaneously from multiple devices.
Thanks to these advances, 53% of orders for the first half of 2026 included artificial intelligence solutions, compared with 46% in the first half of 2025. AMA is also continuing to integrate XpertEye into clients' IT environments and business processes, including their ERP and CRM systems, operations management platforms and industrial information systems.
Outlook for 2026
AMA expects further growth in orders during the third quarter of 2026. Over the second half of 2026, AMA will continue to focus on three priorities:
- further strengthening XpertEye adoption among key accounts by developing high value-added features and deeper integration into their business processes;
- launching initial commercial trials of a new industrial intelligence solution enabling the real-time analysis of field operations;
- accelerating the development of its partner network to broaden AMA's commercial reach and support new client acquisition.
AMA aims to capitalize on its innovation capabilities, field data expertise and secure technology platform to evolve XpertEye from a remote assistance solution into a European industrial intelligence platform serving process automation and optimization.
FY 2026 will represent an important milestone for AMA. After transforming its offering, strengthening its operational discipline and adapting its cost structure, the Group now aims to more broadly demonstrate its ability to translate its artificial intelligence solutions into more significant commercial deployments with its clients and prospects, while continuing to reduce its external costs. At June 30, 2026, the order backlog (IFRS 15) represented €1.20m, with €0.70m under one year.
In a still demanding environment, AMA will maintain the strict management of its internal and external resources, while preserving a lean and agile organization. The Group will focus its priorities on accelerating the deployment of its AI components and integrating them into its clients’ business software and processes, as well as the targeted execution of its commercial strategy with key accounts and recurring use cases. From January 1, 2026, to provide greater flexibility for deployment and hosting choices with the XpertEye platform, AMA has adjusted certain contractual terms of its offering for its largest clients (more than 50 licenses). This change, which did not affect the first half of 2026, could have an impact on the timing of revenue recognition, without altering the underlying economic substance of the contracts.
Next financial press release: 2026 first-half earnings: October 30, 2026.

Notes
- 2026 first-quarter revenues, previously reported at €407k, have been adjusted to reflect the recognition in the second quarter of services whose delivery was deferred. This cut-off adjustment had no impact on 2026 first-half revenues.
